The PDU fails to power ON on a new HFO3 system.
Symptom
The Phoenix PDU Fails to Power ON. Found 40 Amp fuses F1,F2 and F3 were blown in the Ellis & Watts Main disconnect panel. See long description. The system is a new installation HFO running HFO3 M4 software. The system powered up once but fails on the second try. The PDU is off. FE determined that the 40A fuses F1, F2, and F3 in the Ellis & Watts Main Disconnect Panel were blown. The fuses are in line with the PDU power out of the Main Disconnect. Replaced the fuses and they blew again. Fuses blow when the PDU main is turned on with all cabinet breakers off. Not able to isolate this to the PDU with any verification. The 3 phase power is good coming into the PDU, all PDU taps are set correctly and the PDU switches are correct . Each phase to ground read high resistance into the PDU. Everything looks OK from what we can see but suspect something with the PDU. The FRU level replacement is the entire Pheonix PDU.
