Unable to Scan with SGA Power Supply UnderVoltage Fault See Long Description All HFA-S Lite gradient amplifiers are showing UV or undervoltage on power up, and there are undervoltage errors in the log (see below for error messages) and the system won't scan. Also HFA-S Lite Power Supply (PS-Lite2) is showing UV for all three axes. Cycling complete system power doesn't help.
