After Loading 14.0 M5 Service Pack 2, a New Scan Tools Option Key Must be Present to Install These Options.
Symptom
Unable to Install 3DCOSMIC, VIBRANT, Brainwave Fusion, and LAVA-XV eLicense Options See Long Description The FE is unable to install the eLicense keys 3DCOSMIC, VIBRANT, Brainwave Fusion, and LAVA-XV. When the FE attempts to do this, an error message is posted at the bottom of the Guided Install GUI which reads as follows: Software option installation failed.

Software Option Installation Failed See Long Description The message "Software Option Installation Failed" appears in the lower bar area of Guided Install GUI.
