T/R Driver Fault is Due to Broken Pin on 5 inch Round General Purpose Coil.
Symptom
Cannot Scan with Head T/R Driver Error. The system failed to scan either head or body scans. The SSM light indicated T/R Fault.
Error message
2249149 T/R driver fault, head path open. 2249149 Host: LDEX Process: NSP File: SCP:../TrDriverMdsHWO.cpp Line: 1286 T/R driver fault, head path open. Possibly a disconnected cable between the driver board and the head T/R network, or an open diode in the head T/R switch.
