INX1X1: One plane of the BiPlane Innova DL indicates the disk is full. Patients Can not be deleted
Error message
2800035 Delete operation failed in database and 2800034 Read operation failed in database. 2800035: Root Cause: File corruption - Data Base An error has been seen when opening, reading or writing a DL Database file. Recommended Action: Run DL database check and repair tool (see corresponding JobCard in the TSG). If problem persists then run DL subsystem//IPServerDiags//FRT and LAT IP disk diagnostics. If no error found then make sure all patient data have been transferred and run DL subsystem//IPPerf//FRT and LAT IPDiskPerf diagnostics.
