AlarmAlignment Module — Entry Sensor (S22)

HC11211No sheet detected at alignment entry sensor S22 after horizontal transport (input jam)

Agfa CT error code, reported by the Alignment Module.

What HC11211 means

On DryStar 5500 (Type 5364/100) and DryStar 5503 (Type 5364/300) CT systems, status code HC11211 indicates: No sheet detected at alignment entry sensor S22 after horizontal transport (input jam). The code originates in the Alignment Module — Entry Sensor (S22) section of the Alignment Module. Severity level alarm (Alarm).

Reported action: Check for anything jamming the horizontal alignment module first. If clear, open the print section, remove any jammed sheet, and check whether sensor S22 is correctly positioned or mechanically broken, repositioning or replacing it as needed. If S22 checks out, inspect the horizontal film-transport belt for a broken transport lip or breakage. If the belt is fine, the horizontal alignment motor M7 or another mechanical fault in the horizontal alignment assembly may be the cause — replace M7 or the assembly as appropriate..

Raised on the Drystar 5500/5503 when no sheet triggers the alignment entry sensor S22 within the time-out limit after a film has been transported horizontally. The printer shows "Remove input jam". Related to the other S22-based codes covering the entry-detection sensor (HC10826, HC11213, HC11233, HC11234).
