MRSPT BODY FSE Stability fails, only on the last 2 echos of the echo train.
Symptom
MRSPT BODY FSE Stability fails SPT, only on the last 2 echoes of the echo train. FGRE Stability is clean. see long description The system is a 1.5T LX HiSpeed with an Indigo computer, running 8.3 M5 software. SPT fails on the BODY FSE stability. Strange thing about this failure is that it only fails on last 2 echos of the echo train. I think with this kind of a failure, something is happening in the data acquisition portion in the TPS. See the attached for examples of the SPT plots. lx-mr 4# more system_health.log System Health script run on: 03/04/04 09:02:54 hostname = lx-mr Hospital Name = -------------------------------------------------- Config File Checks -------------------------------------------------- Platform type = LX System software revision = Operating System Version = 6.5 Field Strength = 15000 SR Mode = 77 Configured for broadband spectroscopy = NO Governing Body = fda2 absoluteAvgSar = 2.0 discreteAvgSar = 2.0 absolutePeakSar = 8.0 discretePeakSar = 8.0 dbdtMHW = 20 absoluteDbdtIEC = 66 discreteDbdtIEC = 20 dbdtFDA1 = 45 dbdtFDA2 = 66 Units for Dbdt research is % absoluteDbdtResearch = 66 discreteDbdtResearch = 66 Magnet type = 1.5T LCC Multi Coil = YES RF Amp type = 1.5T 1.0T Erbtec tube-type Grad Coil Type = 60cm BRM GradWarp coeff file correct...........................PASS Grad Amp Type = Techron 8645 Gradients Fast TG is enabled in /w/config/prescan_config.cfg No functions are emulated out in the ipg_stage file.
