2225737 Power Monitor 1 Fault. RF Transmit power has reached safety limit allowed for scan parameters and patient weight. Thu Mar 7 16:22:41 2002 2225737 2 lx-mr NSP HPC_PORT_ID:spi_pm_log_error 100 Power Monitor 1 Fault. RF Transmit power has reached safety limit allowed for scan parameters and patient weight. Check patient weight entered. amplitude: 40 pulse width: 33 duty cycle: 03 Fault in head amplitude. If you need to confirm the source of the fault, reset the power monitor and repeat the scan.
