Troubleshooting SRES, HAD1, HAD2 boards on Polester XRT XCT camera systems
Symptom
Troubleshooting SRES, HAD1, HAD2 boards on Polester XRT XCT camera systems The background for this message is my Six Sigma project that deals with the front-end boards on the XC/XR systems, more specifically with Reducing the many "No Defect Found" on SRES, HAD1, HAD2 boards returned for repair at DBR. Historically the "NDF" rate has been running close to 50 % and there was no real change last I checked. Reducing the time spend on troubleshooting these boards. On average we use over 15 hours of travel & labor - including calibration, each time a front-end board is replaced (US numbers). Bent H Nielsen
