Symptom
Cannot Scan with Head T/R Driver Error. The system failed to scan either head or body scans. The SSM light indicated T/R Fault.
Error message
2225517 T/R driver fault, head path open. Possibly a disconnected cable between the driver board and the head T/R network, or an open diode in the head T/R switch.
