TPS fails Power Up Diagnostics Interprocessor Test with Error 2222135 on the IPG1 Display.

Symptom

TPS fails Power Up Diagnostics Interprocessor Test with Error 2222135 on the IPG1 Display The Inter processor test checks communication between the IPG and TPS CPU. When TPS reset is issued, it always initiates, but it does not conclude. The IPG stays in IPG BOOT state even when the console is started and before the application initiates. IPG does not go to the state IPG READY. Vd0 interface (BIT3) is not responding by pinging it's IP address 192.0.0.2.
