Ventri software intermittently after stores scan the application crashes or appears to do a partial shutdown on it's own.
Symptom
Ventri software intermittently after stores scan the application crashes or appears to do a partial shutdown on it's own. After stores scan looses the ventri application window, goes to windows desktop, ventri application no longer running. When restarts ventri has to run the database recovery, does store the data that had been acquiring.
