HFO Z2 Resistive Shim Power Supply Software Installation Issues. See Long Description. Effectivity: All Signa 0.7T OpenSpeed LX Systems (HFO3 and earlier). Problem Description: After replacing a failed Resonance Research Z2 Shim Power Supply with a new Z2 Shim Power Supply (part number 2352972), the software fails to download from the Host to the Z2 Shim Power Supply when following the software load instructions in Direction 2407600. The procedures in sections 3-2 and 3-3 are missing steps critical to the success of the software download. SMILe 9/29/04
