Ventri application crash fix CD 5194562_Ventri SW patch version 1.004.040.1 All currently installed Ventri systems should be at software release version 1.004.040.1. About 20 Ventri systems were manufactured and released with software 1.004.040.0. The current software is 1.004.040.1 Please verify that all systems are at the final release with the .1 patch installed. If it is not installed the ACQ Computer is subject to crash and appears to lose some patients, However a DB Recovery will find the patients.
