Head coil cables are damaged.
Symptom
MRIQ Grainy low SNR Quad Head Coil Images with Normal Prescan Values. Normal TG prescan values between 70 - 80. Extremity knee coil image are fine which uses the same xmt/rcv ports and indicates an issue isolated to the head coil.
Error message
