No set screw included with Link Lever FRU part number 46-265898P1 for Patient Table FE ordered a Link Lever FRU part number 46-265898P1 for the patient table. This is part of the down pedal linkage (see attachment for all details). FE did not receive a set screw to secure the cable that goes into the Link Lever. He ordered another one and still did not receive a set screw. FE was unable to find a set screw to order from the renewal parts manual.
