Loose power and SCSI cable connections at the serial expansion box.
Symptom
TCU Communication Failures Coil ID Fails To Work And Z2 Shim Supply Not Responding. HFO system running HFO2 s/w with an Octane II computer. Unable to communicate with the TCU, also coil id is not functioning. When they plug the head coil into the MSHS it stays "RED", indicating coil ID failed. The thing to note here is that on the OpenSpeed, the serial line for the coil ID and the serial line for the TCU and the Z2 shim supply goes out through the SCSI Serial Expansion box. Did an scsistat and find the system does not identify the SCSI expansion box. HFO system running HFO2 s/w with an Octane II computer.
