Symptom
MG/Myosight/MC system in collision and unable to boot genieacq or acquire on one or both detectors. System may boot Genieacq or may hang after logging into genieacq with Startup icon on display, system also in collision state but can move motions when hold override button in. If system booted genieacq will not setup scan on one or both detectors, get loading calibration data message then fails after some time.
