Monitor ordered for an Indigo system...no gamma sw received.

NEC 1990Sxi Monitor received for an 8.3 Indigo system. Is it compatible? LX systems with Indigo Computer can only operate with 8.3 or 8.4 software. These systems originally shipped with CRT monitor. Ran out of stock of 2197655 FRU CRT monitor and FE Assist comments now state, as of 11/13/2006, to instead obtain 5117545 LCD monitor as it is a direct replacement. The problem with this is that, according to Software Engineering, all LCD monitors require gamma table software. No gamma table software supplied with this monitor.
