Symptom
MG-MC-Myosight changing to cardiac position fails with Radial 2 error System is in opposed mode. When try to move to cardiac position system fails with Rad 2 error after moving the radial out then back in, but the odd thing is the Roll position information for det. 2 disappears and det. 1 does not update, this seems to correct itself after making some other motions.
