MRIQ MRSPT Intermittent Ghosting and FGRE Magnitude Plot Instability Due to SRFD2 Amplifier.
Symptom
MRIQ MRSPT Intermittent Ghosting and FGRE Magnitude Plot Instability Intermittent ghosting on images. RF amplifier head output had an intermittent instability. Instability was constant in magnitude plot of FGRE scans in SPT. There was also an intermittent instability seen in the FSE plots in SPT. However, the instability did not always show up in the FSE results.
