Symptom
Prestige VH - After 1.17 upgrade, cannot use 8x10 cassette Prestige VH after performing FMI 11649, not able to use the 8in x 10in cassette. Previous version of software was 1.05, which allowed use of a mixture of cassettes. Customer uses mainly metric cassettes with the addition of the 8x10. The 1.17 software installed with FMI 11649 does not allow using a mixture of American and metric cassettes.
