Fuji CRAC3CS, CRAC3, CR9000, CR9501 with ACRQA 1.0 or 2.0

Symptom

Fuji CRAC3CS, CRAC3, CR9000, CR9501 with ACRQA 1.0 or 2.0: Reader doesn't read image plate, no errors. Image plate stops right before the reader starts scanning it. No errors or alarms. The HIC icon in the IDT is always on (highlited). Fuji system never acknowledges when ACRQA has full disk. If ACRQA fills up, the disk with images will stop receiving images from CR, Fuji Cr doesn't give an alarm or warning to operator, HIC icon stays lit, like normal operation. If image plate is run thru Fuji reader under these conditions, reader will take the plate and leave at entrance of scanner process.
