Symptom
VG has no keyboard response, tried reboot, hangs at OS/2 window. Keyboard failure error. Customer checked Keyboard connection and reseated , tried reset and will not boot up, hangs at the OS/2 screen. Tried full powerdown no change. Prior to OS/2 screen do see Keyboard error message. VG has no keyboard response, tried reboot, hangs at OS/2 window. Keyboard failure error.
