Fuji CR 9501 IDT Error, UNABLE TO READ FLOPPY, when booting up.
Symptom
Fuji CR 9501 - UNABLE TO READ FLOPPY error when booting up. When powering up the system the IDT says "UNABLE TO READ FLOPPY". There are 3 PCMCIA cards: one marked with CR-IR 325 system, another with 9501 and another with BACKUP.
