GE Healthcare · X-ray R&FDefinium
Def8000 On a Definium 8000 system, (the model type says XR_LIGHT, but the System type says DEFINIUM 8000).
Definium 8000 laterality issue
Symptom
Def8000 On a Definium 8000 system, (the model type says XR_LIGHT, but the System type says DEFINIUM 8000). When selecting a Chest (for example from the Protocols) and it's default laterality is R; when it is changed to L, then while taking the exposure the image shows what the Default for the Protocol was R, and not what they changed it to. If the exam is closed, and reopened to view the images it changes to what they initially changed it to for that procedure (L in this case.)
