Missing section of flood. Detector recalibrates normally until create Spatial Corrections. During spatial correction creation after finds correct number of holes, the line map shows lines drawn completely shifted off along one edge. Missing section of flood. Detector recalibrates normally until create Spatial Corrections. The detector ran all calibrations (Adam cal, Iter, Z energy gain, Energy Map) without issue. Spatial correction map creation failed with interesting pattern. Came up with the exact number of holes but when lines drawn they were well off. Note that the flood shows issue bottom right corner but the linearity program inverts the image so that problem area is in top right corner.
