XQi, XRd, XRd2X, Def8000, AMX700 Intermixing of grids from Definium 8000, XR/d or XR/d-2x is not allowed.
Revolution XQi, XRd, XRd2X, Def8000, AMX700 New Definium grids are not interchangeable with grids from prior systems.
Symptom
XQi, XRd, XRd2X, Def8000, AMX700 Intermixing of grids from Definium 8000, XR/d or XR/d-2x is not allowed. · AEC kVp dependence is tuned specifically for each grid. · Definium 8000 wallstand grids are color coded and clearly marked with SID. They are easily differentiated from the XR/d grids. · A new 130 cm grid was added for Definium 8000 to provide a functional SID range from 100 to 180cm. In this case a compromise was made between the extended SID range and image cleanup. This 130 cm grid can not be used on XR/d and XR/d-2x systems. · The Definium 8000 table grid is a 70L/cm grid as marked on the label. The XR/d and XR/d-2x grids were labeled 78L/cm. These table grids should also not be intermixed. See attachment.
