Revolution XQi, XRd, XRd2X, Def8000, AMX700 Reprocessed image looks different than acquired image (L-C ion chamber)

Symptom

XQi, XRd, XRd2X, Def8000, AMX700 Some images look different when reprocessed. WW and WC of the initially acquired image are different than those on the corresponding reprocessed image. See long description: This problem only occurs when AEC is used with the Left and Center ion chambers. Also, this only applies to Chest images. This is the default ion chamber for Medium Pediatric Chest PA exams. The issue occurs due to a software bug in how the AEC ion chambers are stored in the DICOM header. This problem only occurs when the user reprocesses a Chest image with Left-Center ion chambers. It is 100% reproducible. The problem can cause reprocessed image to look different (often unacceptable) when reprocessed. This problem only occurs on XR/d-2x systems (any version), and does not occur on any Definium product.
