Symptom
XQi, XRd, XRd2X, Def8000, AMX700 sent from any product/version to Siemens SIENET MagicView 300 PACS appear completely black or completely white. This problem occurs on every image. The images can be window-leveled to show that the anatomy is present. The window width and level (WW and WC) will appear as 16383/8192 on the Siemens MagicView 300. The problem is that this older version of Siemens PACS does not correctly apply the VOI-LUT in the GE DICOM image. As a result, the WW/WC are incorrect. Note: This problem is specific to Siemens MagicView 300. Siemens MagicView 1000 and 2000 do not exhibit this problem, and should not be set to Burn-on-Send.
