Symptom
XQi, XRd, XRd2X, Def8000, AMX700 This problem only occurs on older ADS version, and only in Image-Review mode. For example, if a user acquires an image, completes exam, closes exam, reopens exam, changes the brightness (WC) or contrast (WW) , and closes exam; saving the new changes. New brightness and contrast values are stored in a 4th set in the DICOM header. The problem: most PACS don't support a 4th set in the DICOM header.
