Symptom
XQi, XRd, XRd2X, Def8000, AMX700 Several PACS versions are known to have VOI-LUTs applied non-interactively. Note: Images sent as “Burn-on-Send”, or received by a PACS that applies the VOI-LUT non-interactively, will both have no change in image quality when initially viewed. Images sent as “Burn-on-Send” are identical on PACS as on the modality. However, when the brightness or contrast is changed on PACS, the loss of dynamic range becomes noticeable
