Defective Octane I System Module Brick OPTION 195MHZ PROCESSOR MODULE.
Symptom
Unable to Boot Octane Computer. Light Bar Immediately goes to Solid Red. No Output to Monitor See Long Description The light bar is never white, it immediately goes to solid red. One of the required LED's on the lower right front of the Octane I chassis was out: The upper right "PCI Chassis" LED was out, so FE replaced the PCI chassis. That LED came on after that but the original symptoms remained. FE replaced the Octane's System Module, Power Supply, & Front plane Module which didn't fix the problem. Initially when the FE installed the new Front plane Module, the light bar went white briefly, but then went red again and the original symptom returned (only red light bar).
