Definium 8000 Thunder and XR/d Lightning Table Motion Amp Problem
Symptom
Def8000 Two sites (Lightning & Thunder) had problem with the Table I/O Board. After replacement board was installed Motion Amp always had the status LED lit red. When the cable to P4 on the Motion Amp was disconnected, the status LED was lit green. Multiple replacements of the Table I/O Board, the Motion Amp, and the cable did not change the symptoms. For the Lightning and Thunder systems, this was not happening during the manufacturing process. U21 is labelled either 2315182 or 2315182-825. This board, when used on an XR/d Lightning or Thunder System, will not work; it keeps the Motion Amp in reset and the status LED always lit red.
