Symptom
Def8000 AID ion chamber preamp damaged the LVPS. The burn put the -15 to 120 ohms to ground. The LVPS didn't like it. By unloading/pulling of as much as we could the LVPS stayed healthy.Since the chest and table AID ion chambers should be the same ohms, found the table to be different and low.
