Definium 8000 Patient List Lost On Right Monitor
Symptom
Def8000 Patient list on the right monitor is blank. Buttons on the screen are grayed out and non-functional and Worklist refresh doesn't work. The system can still be used by the customer, but when an exam is closed, it will not show up in the patient list. At one site, the IUI database on the backup CD was restored to resolve a thumbnail image display problem and the patient list problem occurred after the database restore. At another site, the patient list problem occurred and a restore of the IUI database was done in an attempt to fix the problem; the restore did not resolve the issue.
