Definium 8000 White Processed Image Problem with M4 software
Symptom
Def8000 Intermittent problem happened while running M4 software: Upper extremity exam done on the Wallstand with the Detector horizontal. The Collimator is rotated approx. 45 degrees and the OTS UIF Key Switch is in Override. Raw image looks fine, but the processed image is all white. Displayed DEI on the image is 0.0. The right screen no longer responds, requiring a reset.
Error message
