The new laptop DELL D620 will not allow use of the F7 key when running Xray Service Software under DOS boot mode from a USB bootable key.
Symptom
The new laptop DELL D620 will not allow use of the F7 key when running Xray Service Software under DOS boot mode from a USB bootable key. This includes ASIAN for Proteus, SERVICE.EXE for MPH and MPG, and all other SW utilizing the F7 key. With this loss, the Field can calibrate and backup but cannot restore data on any MPG, MPH or Proteus System, as the F7 function in these software tools is RESTORE of calibration.
