Symptom
Unable to scan. Have popup message "spmon thick out of range" The Customer is trying to do a scan and it fails to setup and gives a popup message: "spmon thick out of range".
Error message
spmon thick out of range popup error seen on the applications screen during the protocol setup 2227367 Use an offset =6.2mm. Thu Feb 19 17:30:25 2004 Error: 2227367 Host: bmr1 Process: scn File: PsdError.m Line: 329 Use an offset < 150mm or use a slice thickness >=6.2mm.
