Unable to load new software on 2347614 Genieacq Dell GX200 Computer, boots Installation Boot floppy, prompts for Utilities floppy but then is locked up.
Symptom
Unable to load new software on 2347614 Genieacq Dell GX200 Computer, boots Installation Boot floppy, prompts for Utilities floppy but then is locked up. Boots the Installation boot disk and requests to insert the Installation Utility disk, insert disk and hit enter but nothing happens, Floppy disk light stays off. System is locked up and will not respond, have to repower or reset. Current genieacq software boots from hardisk and runs without issue but unable to load a new version or reload existing version.
