8835SFD Vertical Power Assist will not work due to defective soldering on a replacement board.
Symptom
After replacing the RFP1A6 Power Assist and Lock Board the vertical power assist motor did not work at all. The FE had replaced the RFP1A6 Power Assist and Lock Board to fix the power assist issues. After replacing this board the longitudinal power assist functioned; however the vertical power assist motor did not work at all.
