Poor seating of the PCI Card cage in the Octane Computer.
Symptom
Unable to Load Apps Software Error Please Make Sure Mrpapps cd is in the drive, if problem persists, Call OLC for Support. Error #-71 See Long Description Unable to Load Apps Software: Error appears as follows: "Please Make Sure Mrpapps cd is in the drive, if problem persists, Call OLC for Support. Error #-71". First of all, the Operating System portion on the LFC never gave us any error, we did that three times with the site CDs and it always finished ok. We tried using a copy of Apps CD using service laptop, same error, then we get a copy of Apps CD from another site, same error.
