Symptom
Def8000 and XRd2X Replacement Table I/O board 2290188 appears to be DOA also RED light on motion control amp Two sites (a Lightning and a Thunder) had a suspected problem with the Table I/O Board. After replacement board was installed, the Motion Amp always had the status LED lit red. When the cable to P4 on the Motion Amp was disconnected, the status LED was lit green. Multiple replacements of the Table I/O Board, the Motion Amp, and the cable did not change the symptoms.
