Scanner Hardware Stopped Scan HEMRC Errors See Long Description for more information. Scanner Hardware Stopped Scan message appears during Helical Scanning with the following Errors: 185553 (The HEMRC drive has detected a Line Loss - Alarm status: 20H. This occurs when the input power to the drive falls below 85% of the nominal Bus voltage) Possible causes: X-Ray tube stator , HEM-IT, HEMRC power supply 183318 (The HEMRC output current is out of 45.0 percent WARNING tolerance), Monitored state = 2 (2=Run state) Expected current = 2.748 A Actual current = 4.097 A. 183319 (The HEMRC output current is out of 55.0 percent MAXIMUM tolerance), Monitored state = 2 (2=Run state) Expected current = 2.748 A Actual current = 4.653 A. 183316 (The HEMRC failed to reach the Run speed in the allotted time), and 185548 (The HEMRC operating frequency is below the minimum value) Actual frequency: 106.973 Minimum frequency limit: 130.000 At Frequency signal: Inactive Expected: Inactive Rotor State = Transition
