Symptom
Legacy RFP1 A1 A30 CB1 trips at power up. Shorted caps on RFP1 A1A9 interface board. Legacy RFP1 A1 A30 CB1 tripping at power up. Removed RFP1 A1A9 R&F positioner interface board CB1 did not trip. 24 volts at RFP1 A1 TB14 was being loaded down.
