The laptop tool loads FF's to all locations when doing a database restore.
Symptom
MPX: The laptop tool loads FF's to all locations when doing a database restore. See service note 3629A for details. NOTE: If the memory boards are 1K each and use a chip that has an "H" printed next to the chip number and date code then the laptop MPX will NOT work. When performing a database restore it will load all FF into memory. The solution is to order a new memory board 46-226512G1 (4K) which replaces the A44, A45 and A46.
