DRS Patient directory screen goes blank when networking images
Symptom
Installed a new DRS system; configured the DRS to send images to a AW workstation without a Gateway. To recover, power off the DRS and reboot. The DRS will ping the AW but when sending images to the AW from the patient directory, the DRS will attempt to send; after a short time, the screen will go blank and the DRS locks up. Timer light is on, the DRS motherboard goes to red, it does not blink between red and green.
