Symptom
CTx00066 Failed shorted DAS/Detector channel detected by PDS See Long Description for details and customer communication. CTx00066 Failed shorted DAS/Detector channel detected by PDS Contact customer and inform them of the PDS detected error regarding the Das/Detector and stress the importance of scheduling time with the Field Engineer to correct, before image quality is compromised. Per the PDS workflow do not close the FE PDS RFS until the issue is resolved. This does not impact the RFS - EMG metric. This Issue was detected by the Digital Services (DS) rule engine. This Issue is only applicable when detected by the Rules Engine and should not be reused in Knowlege objects for normal reactive service.
