Unable to Scan in Head Transmit Mode using Quad Head Coil.
Symptom
Unable to Scan in Head Transmit Mode using Quad Head Coil. Body Transmit Mode Okay Site was unable to scan in head transmit mode using the Quad Head Coil. Using any other transmit coil in head transmit mode (such as EXTREM coil) worked, and Body transmit mode worked. The system was logging error code 2249150 "T/R driver fault, head path short".
Error message
2249150 T/R driver fault, head path short. Possibly a shorted diode in the head T/R switch network, or a short circuit load.
