Unable to login to SCP/AGP/APS
Symptom
Unable to login to SCP/AGP/APS FE and/or OLE is attempting to login to the SCP/AGP/APS either using the "mgd_term" command or individually using the "CU SCP" or "CU AGP" or "CU APS" commands but the system won't let him/her/them do it. Instead they see two error messages for each attempt in each window, as follows: "Resource temporarily unavailable", and "All matching ports in use".
